On Basic and Pro, monthly credits reset on the 1st of each month, whatever your billing date.
Change your billing frequency

Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner to open the account menu.

Open Settings → Billing & Plans.

Under Your Subscription, click Manage subscription. Your billing page opens.

Under Current subscription, click Update subscription.

On Update your subscription, choose Monthly or Yearly.

Click Select on your plan, then click Continue.

On Confirm your updates, check the plan, the recurring price and start date, the amount due today, and the payment method. Prices and dates depend on your account.

Click Confirm. To change something first, click Go back.

Click Return to Chartnote.
