Downgrade your plan

Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner to open the account menu.

Open Settings → Billing & Plans.

Under Compare Plans, choose Monthly or Yearly.

Click Update plan on the plan card you want.

On Update your subscription, check that the new plan is selected (click Select if it isn't), then click Continue.

On Confirm your updates, check the plan, the recurring price and start date, the amount due today, and the payment method. Prices and dates depend on your account.

Click Confirm. To change something first, click Go back.

Click Return to Chartnote.

You can also change plans from Manage subscription → Update subscription.
A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Unused monthly credits stay available until that billing cycle ends.
