Cancel your paid plan on the web. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Who this is for: Solo users and team Admins · Plans: Pro, Max, Team Max · Where: Web (app.chartnote.com) If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancel there instead: Cancel Chartnote Subscription on the App Store.

Cancel your plan

Sign in at app.chartnote.com.

Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner to open the account menu.

Open Settings → Billing & Plans.

Under Your Subscription, click Cancel plan.

Choose the reason that best fits and click Next.

Add written feedback if you like, and click Next.

On A Quick Confirmation., click Confirm & Cancel.

Depending on your account, you may see an offer or an extra screen along the way, such as the option to pause for up to 3 months instead.
Billing & Plans then shows that your plan “will be cancelled at the end of this subscription period.” You keep access until then.

Changed your mind?

There’s no in-app Resume button for a cancelled plan. To renew it:

Go to Settings → Billing & Plans and click Manage subscription under Your Subscription.

On the Stripe page, click Don't cancel subscription, then Renew subscription.

Just need a break? Pause your Chartnote subscription instead.
