Pause your plan

Sign in at app.chartnote.com.

Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner to open the account menu.

Open Settings → Billing & Plans.

Under Your Subscription, click Cancel plan. This opens your options. You aren't cancelled yet.

Choose the option to pause, pick how many months (up to 3), and confirm.

Resume a paused plan

Go to Settings → Billing & Plans and click Resume subscription. This button appears only for paused plans.
A cancelled plan is renewed differently, through the Stripe page. See Cancel your Chartnote subscription.
