If you sign in with Google, manage your password in your Google account.

Reset a forgotten password

Go to app.chartnote.com/welcome, enter your email and click Continue.

On Sign in, check your email address and click Next.

On Enter your password, click Forgot your password?

Click Reset my password. We email you a code.

Enter the code from the email, then set your new password.

Change your password

Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner to open the account menu.

Open Settings → Account & Security.

Under Change Password, enter your Current password, New password and Confirm new password.

Click Save.

Troubleshooting

The reset code doesn’t arrive.

Check Spam or Junk and confirm you used the right email. Then mark Chartnote as an approved sender.
Use a long, unique password that you don’t use anywhere else.
