# Chartnote Docs

> Help for Chartnote 3.0: record visits with AI Scribe, dictate with Voice Chart, use Copilot, and manage your plan, account, team and patient data.

Chartnote is a clinical documentation app for clinicians. AI Scribe records a patient visit and writes a structured note, Voice Chart turns a dictated summary into a note, and Copilot helps with chat and billing codes. Notes are saved as drafts right away, so you can pick up on the web at app.chartnote.com or in the mobile app, then send the finished note to your EHR.
