# Find and download invoices and receipts

> Find and download Chartnote invoices and receipts: subscription invoices are in Billing & Plans, and credit and token purchases are on each Transactions tab.

Find past invoices and receipts for your Chartnote subscription and for credit and token purchases.

**Who this is for:** Solo users and team Admins · **Plans:** Pro, Max, Team Max (subscription invoices); all plans (credit and token purchases) · **Where:** Web (app.chartnote.com)

## Find a subscription invoice

**1. Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner to open the account menu.**

**2. Open **Settings** → **Billing & Plans**.**

**3. Scroll to **Invoices** at the bottom of the page.**

**4. Open the invoice you need, then print or save it.**

> You can also click **Manage subscription** under **Your Subscription**. The billing page that opens has an **Invoice history**.

On the free Basic plan there's no subscription, so Billing & Plans doesn't show an Invoices section.

## Find a credit or token purchase

Each purchase of AI credits or Copilot tokens generates an invoice. Your purchase history is kept separately from subscription invoices:

* AI credits: **Settings** → **AI Credits** → **Transactions** tab
* Copilot tokens: **Settings** → **Copilot Tokens** → **Transactions** tab

> In a team, billing and invoices are handled by Admins.
