# Update your credit card or payment method

> Update the credit card, debit card or other payment method for your Chartnote subscription in Manage subscription, so future renewals charge the right card.

Add or replace the card used for your Chartnote subscription.

**Who this is for:** Solo users and team Admins · **Plans:** Pro, Max, Team Max · **Where:** Web (app.chartnote.com)

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, update your payment method with Apple.

## Update your card

**1. Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner to open the account menu.**

**2. Open **Settings** → **Billing & Plans**.**

**3. Under **Your Subscription**, click **Manage subscription**. Your billing page opens.**

**4. Under **Payment method**, click **Add payment method**, enter your new card, and click **Add**.**

Your new card is used for future billing.
