# Cancel your Chartnote subscription

> Cancel your Chartnote subscription from Settings, then Billing & Plans. You keep access until the end of the billing period and can renew later.

Cancel your paid plan on the web. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

**Who this is for:** Solo users and team Admins · **Plans:** Pro, Max, Team Max · **Where:** Web (app.chartnote.com)

## Cancel your plan

**1. Sign in at [app.chartnote.com](https://app.chartnote.com).**

**2. Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner to open the account menu.**

**3. Open **Settings** → **Billing & Plans**.**

**4. Under **Your Subscription**, click **Cancel plan**.**

**5. Choose the reason that best fits and click **Next**.**

**6. Add written feedback if you like, and click **Next**.**

**7. On **A Quick Confirmation.**, click **Confirm & Cancel**.**

> Depending on your account, you may see an offer or an extra screen along the way, such as the option to pause for up to 3 months instead.

Billing & Plans then shows that your plan "will be cancelled at the end of this subscription period." You keep access until then.

## Changed your mind?

There's no in-app Resume button for a cancelled plan. To renew it:

**1. Go to **Settings** → **Billing & Plans** and click **Manage subscription** under **Your Subscription**.**

**2. On the Stripe page, click **Don't cancel subscription**, then **Renew subscription**.**
